Our project management methodology is built on "The Four D's":
Define - The project's scope and depth is fully defined. All development and marketing issues are identified and discussed. Priorities are set. Dependencies are mapped. Risks are evaluated. The result is a Define Document that acts as the framework for the entire project.
Design - At this stage, Multimedia Solutions develops a project architecture that includes marketing strategies, as well as design concepts. Multimedia Solutions conducts any research and development necessary to support the project and details project schedules and deliverables lists.
Develop - During this phase, the interactive marketing and design concepts established during the Define and Design phases are implemented. All marketing elements and supporting interactive solutions are executed and prepared for launch.
Deploy - The site or solution is ready for launch. The Quality Control team conducts testing to affirm the quality of the solution(s) developed. Multimedia Solutions monitors program progress and modifies elements as needed based on the results.
