As our Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will be to generate new leads, to cultivate relationships through networking and relationship building, and to identify additional opportunities within our existing client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Appointment setting through targeted and aggressive phone prospecting
  • Development of a multi-million dollar pipeline over the course of the first 12 months
  • Facilitate information gathering and client needs analysis through client meetings
  • Coordinate and execute the development, delivery and presentation of client proposals
  • Assess client websites against marketplace best practices and develop sales strategies for proposing cutting edge digital solutions
  • Manage client relationships and develop new client leads through networking activities
  • At least 3 years of previous sales experience with a successful sales track record
  • 4-year college degree
  • Previous experience successfully calling senior management from Fortune 1000 companies
  • (Required) Strong phone prospecting skills and the ability to generate leads through networking events
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to articulate creative and technical concepts
  • Knowledge of corporate website applications, digital marketing, and social media
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Inexhaustible enthusiasm, energy, and creativity

Desired Skills and Experience
