Connecticut’s Regional Water Authority, a non-profit public corporation supplying water to 430,000+ customers, needed a new website to better communicate and interact with its customers. Multimedia Solutions designed and developed a modern website powered by a robust Content Management System that allowed for new functionality such as homepage emergency alerts and easier online bill payment. The new site also highlights key services and initiatives and allows vendors to register with Regional Water Authority to be considered for specialty service contracts.
