During this challenging time which requires us all to confront the Coronavirus Pandemic, and as your digital solutions partner, we are reaching out in the spirit of close collaboration.
Mostly, we want to reassure you of the ongoing soundness of our 30-year-old business and our ability to manage through this crisis to ensure our clients do not experience any disruption to our services and commitments. We are enacting measures to facilitate remote work especially as necessitated to safeguard our people. Our professionals have at their disposal all the tools necessary to meet client obligations, including the ability to communicate regularly and seamlessly with both colleagues and clients. We maintain a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which we will be happy to share upon request.
We have shared internally (and now with you) the guidelines from the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) that will help decrease the spread of the coronavirus. We will do our best to continually practice these appropriate steps along with others.
We are fortunate to have a large staple of loyal and prestigious clients such as yourself. Maintaining that loyalty requires high-caliber professionals that are values driven and relentless in the pursuit of service excellence. We are equally fortunate to have those people in place enabled by a solid technology infrastructure to work within. So expect us to stay in active communications on our mutual responsibilities and should anything arise that could pose disruption with service/deliverables, we will alert you as proactively as we can along with our course of action.
