Multimedia Solutions Launches New Website & Partnership Portal for Jersey City Department of Health for the Debut of its Healthier JC Initiative
(Edgewater, NJ| May 15, 2018): Multimedia Solutions recently launched a new website for The Jersey City Department of Health and Human Services for the debut of its Healthier JC Initiative. The new website is a community-focused site aimed at building a greater culture of health for Jersey City residents. In order to accomplish this mission, the city formed The Partnership for a Healthier Jersey City, which includes the Jersey City Medical Center, New Jersey City University, the Jersey City Parks Coalition and The Jersey City Housing Authority.
The website is focused on centralizing healthcare resources and available services for residents through a comprehensive Community Health Calendar. The calendar is also open to all eligible community groups and organizations in order to help improve their outreach amongst residents and coordinate events and services across Jersey City. Whether residents are searching for a seminar on a diabetes daily regimen, where to immunize their child, how to find a nutritionist, hours of local farmers markets, transportation options to medical centers, or how to access senior housing, the Healthier JC website will connect those in need to the organizations that provide those services.
