South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority Re-Engages Multimedia Solutions For 2nd Generation Website Redesign & Full-Scale Intranet Development

(Edgewater, NJ| April 16, 2018): In a commitment to continually evolve its web presence and user experience on behalf of its customers, the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority has re-engaged Multimedia Solutions to redesign its website, which will also coincide with a full-scale intranet development build.

In addition to an updated look and feel, the website will feature enhancements to customer alerts with Google Map integration, so that users can easily see any potential issues in their area. Website administrators will also enjoy a Content Management System upgrade for an improved admin experience, while increasing overall site security.

In conjunction with the website redesign, Multimedia Solutions will also architect a new intranet on behalf of the utility provider. The intranet will be built on WordPress and will feature customized functionalities such as member login capabilities, custom dashboards, and a calendar function for key dates and events.  The intranet will also match the look and feel of the customer-facing website so that there is a unified brand approach across South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority’s digital infrastructure.

The intranet and website redesign project will be completed later this year.
